SINGAPORE Swissotel Stamford

We got up and had breakfast together. One of the advantages of our room was it included breakfast. After breakfast we got a luxury taxi to Singapore Zoo. It enabled all 8 of us to travel together. We spent most of the day at the zoo before returning to our hotel later afternoon. The Zoo is broken up into multiple parts and we did the main Singapore Zoo, and the River Cruise Zoo.

We originally planned on going out for tea while the kids were babysat, but instead had tea with the Marders at Buffet Town Raffles City, the local shopping center. We all ate together and then the kids went back to their room, and Renee and I ducked off for our fun night without the kids. We caught a taxi to Marina Bay Sands, and had a 9pm reservation at Cheese and Chocolate Bar. A evening bar which is essentially a chocolate and cheese buffet on the 57th floor of the Marina Bay Sands overlook the bay. We drank a cocktail each, and enjoyed our unhealthy evening of chocolate. We returned back to the hotel and everyone had a good sleep.
